Horse Logging
The longest used, and still preferred method of timber harvesting done at Arshla farm. Horses still do a large portion of the harvesting partly because of their low impact, and also because of the long heritage we have using them in our forest.
Lumber sales
Our sustainable forestry practices create a constant supply of logs for the mill here at Arshla farm. This creates an abundance of quality building materials and specialty lumber that our customers often can’t find anywhere else.
